1About the Programme and these terms
- 1.1
My Alpine Money (“MAM”, the “Programme”) is a customer loyalty programme operated by Amitours London LTD, company number 08051989, registered at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).
- 1.2
These terms govern your membership of the Programme. They apply in addition to the terms and conditions of each business you book with. Those booking terms govern your booking; these terms govern only your membership, your MAM and your tier.
- 1.3
Details of the Programme as it currently operates — including which businesses take part, the rates at which MAM is earned, tier thresholds and benefits, the limits that apply when spending MAM, and how long MAM lasts — are published on the Programme pages at loyalty.ski/legal/programme and form part of these terms. We may change them in accordance with clause 14.
- 1.4
By joining the Programme, or by continuing to hold MAM after these terms take effect, you accept them.

3Membership and eligibility
- 3.1
You join the Programme by accepting these terms in any of these ways: by ticking the join box at checkout on Alps2Alps, by pressing Join on your Alps2Alps wallet page, by ticking the join box in the Alps2Alps app, or by registering on loyalty.ski.
- 3.2
Membership is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria published on the Programme pages, and is at our discretion. We may decline or withdraw an application.
- 3.3
The Programme is designed for individual customers booking for themselves and for those travelling with them. Business, agency, corporate, reseller and partner accounts participate only where we have expressly said so, and where they do, different terms, rates or thresholds may apply.
- 3.4
Membership is personal. You may hold one membership only. Where we identify duplicate memberships we may combine them, and we will generally preserve the higher tier and the combined balance, though we may decide individual cases differently where the circumstances warrant it.
- 3.5
Membership is not transferable. MAM, tiers and benefits cannot be sold, assigned, gifted or transferred to any other person or account, and have no value outside the Programme.
- 3.6
Where a booking is made and paid for through your account, you are the Member who earns in respect of it, whether or not you are the person who receives the service.
- 3.7
Our own personnel, and people connected to them, may join the Programme on the same terms as any other member.
4Your account and access
- 4.1
We issue you a MAM ID when your membership begins. You may be asked to provide it, or to identify yourself using your registered email address, in order for MAM to be recognised on a booking.
- 4.2
You can view your balance, your tier and your history in your account. Your account is for viewing and managing your membership; bookings and payments are made with the relevant Participating Business.
- 4.3
Access to your account is by the method we make available from time to time, which may include a single-use link sent to your registered email address rather than a password.
- 4.4
You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details accurate and for keeping access to your registered email address secure. Anyone with access to that email address may be able to access your account and spend your MAM. Tell us promptly if you believe your email account or your membership has been compromised.
- 4.5
We may require you to verify your identity or your email address before we credit MAM, allow MAM to be spent, apply a tier, or act on a request about your membership.
5Earning MAM
- 5.1
You earn MAM on Eligible Bookings made through your account with a Participating Business. MAM is credited once the booking has been confirmed and paid for in accordance with the relevant booking terms.
- 5.2
MAM is calculated as a proportion of the amount you pay in money for the booking. It is not earned on the part of a booking paid for using MAM.
- 5.3
The rate at which you earn depends on the product booked and on your tier. Current rates are published on the Programme pages. The rate that applies to a booking is the rate in effect, and the tier you hold, at the time the booking is made.
- 5.4
Bookings that are made using a promotional code, voucher or other discount generally do not earn MAM, or may earn at a reduced rate. Where a reduced rate applies it is published on the Programme pages.
- 5.5
We may exclude particular products, routes, fare types, channels, promotions or transactions from earning, and will indicate this on the Programme pages or at the point of booking.
- 5.6
MAM is credited to your account within a reasonable period. Where MAM has not appeared and you believe it should have, contact us within 28 days of the booking and we will investigate. We may require proof of the booking.
- 5.7
Where MAM has been credited in error, or in an amount that does not reflect these terms or the Programme pages, we may correct your balance.
6Tiers
- 6.1
The Programme has membership tiers. Your tier determines the rate at which you earn and the benefits available to you. The tiers, the qualifying criteria and the benefits are published on the Programme pages.
- 6.2
Your tier is assessed on your qualifying activity during a Qualification Period. What counts as qualifying activity, and how a booking is allocated to a Qualification Period, is described on the Programme pages.
- 6.3
We review tiers at the end of each Qualification Period. A change of tier takes effect from the start of the following Qualification Period, or at such other time as we publish.
- 6.4
Where you do not meet the criteria for your current tier, we may allow you to retain it for a further period. Any such arrangement is described on the Programme pages and is applied at our discretion.
- 6.5
We may recognise activity with particular Participating Businesses, or other qualifying relationships with our group, as an alternative route to a tier. Where we do, the criteria are published on the Programme pages and may be reviewed on a different cycle.
- 6.6
Where your qualifying activity is reduced — for example because a booking is cancelled, amended or refunded — we may reassess your tier accordingly.
- 6.7
Benefits are subject to availability and may be provided by third parties on their own terms.
7Spending MAM
- 7.1
You can apply MAM to Eligible Bookings with Participating Businesses at the redemption value published on the Programme pages. MAM reduces the amount you pay by other means.
- 7.2
Limits apply. These may include a minimum booking value and a maximum proportion of a booking that may be paid using MAM. Current limits are published on the Programme pages and may differ by product.
- 7.3
You do not have to spend your whole balance on a single booking.
- 7.4
MAM generally cannot be combined with a promotional code, voucher or other discount on the same booking. Where both are available to you, you may use one or the other.
- 7.5
Where you spend MAM, we apply the Credits in your account that are due to expire soonest.
- 7.6
MAM cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to a booking after it has been paid for.
- 7.7
We may decline to apply MAM to a particular booking, or suspend the ability to spend MAM, where we are investigating a matter under clause 12, where we are required to do so, or where a technical or operational issue prevents it.
- 7.8
Refund MAM is not subject to the maximum proportion in clause 7.2. It may be applied to up to the full price of a booking, on the products published on the Programme pages.
- 7.9
Standard MAM may be applied to the same booking only to the extent that the total MAM applied to that booking, including Refund MAM, does not exceed the maximum proportion published for that product. Where the Refund MAM applied already equals or exceeds that proportion, no Standard MAM may be applied and the remainder is payable by you.
- 7.10
Where both are applied to a booking, Refund MAM is applied first.
- 7.11
Refund MAM expires after the period published on the Programme pages, calculated from the date it was credited, whether or not it has been used. Clause 8.2 does not apply to it.
8Expiry
- 8.1
Each Credit in your account has its own expiry date, which is shown in your account.
- 8.2
Unless we tell you otherwise when it is awarded, a Credit expires after the standard period published on the Programme pages, calculated from the date it was credited.
- 8.3
Because Credits expire individually, earning or spending MAM does not extend the expiry date of MAM already in your account.
- 8.4
We will give you advance notice of MAM that is due to expire, generally by a single message covering everything expiring in the relevant period.
- 8.5
Expired MAM is removed from your balance. We are not obliged to reinstate it, though we may do so at our discretion.
- 8.6
MAM we award at our discretion under clause 11 may carry a different expiry period, or none, where we say so at the time.
9Changes to bookings, cancellations and refunds
- 9.1
MAM reflects bookings that you actually pay for and keep. Where a booking changes after MAM has been credited, we may adjust your balance so that it reflects the position after the change.
- 9.2
In particular, where a booking is cancelled, amended, refunded in whole or in part, charged back, or where payment fails or is reversed, we may reverse or recalculate the MAM earned on it, and may reassess your tier.
- 9.3
Where MAM is reversed and you have already spent it, your balance may become negative. MAM you earn afterwards will be applied to clear the negative balance before becoming available to spend. We may instead recover the value by other reasonable means.
- 9.4
Where you paid for a booking partly using MAM and that booking is refunded, the amount you paid in money is refunded in accordance with the relevant booking terms, and the MAM element is generally returned to your account rather than paid in cash. Where MAM is returned, we will generally restore the original expiry date.
- 9.5
Cancellation windows, cancellation charges, amendment fees and refund timescales are governed by the booking terms of the relevant Participating Business, not by these terms.
- 9.6
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights, or your rights under the booking terms that apply to your booking.
10Referrals
- 10.1
We may offer you the opportunity to refer others to a Participating Business, and to receive a reward when you do. The current offer, including who qualifies, what the person you refer receives, what you receive and any conditions, is published on the Programme pages.
- 10.2
Referral rewards are generally available only where the person you refer is new to the relevant Participating Business, uses your referral link or code before making their booking, and completes and pays for a qualifying booking.
- 10.3
Referral offers generally cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or with MAM on the same booking.
- 10.4
Where you share your referral link, the person who opens it may be shown limited information about you, such as your first name, so that they understand who invited them. Do not share your link if you do not wish this to happen.
- 10.5
Referral links and codes are for personal use. They must not be published on coupon, voucher, cashback or deal sites, used in paid advertising, used in unsolicited bulk messaging, or otherwise distributed in a way that is not genuinely personal. Referring yourself, or creating additional accounts or using alternative contact details in order to obtain rewards, is not permitted.
- 10.6
Clause 9 applies to referral rewards. We may withhold a referral reward pending completion of the qualifying booking, or where we are investigating a matter under clause 12.
- 10.7
We may change or withdraw any referral offer at any time.
11MAM we award at our discretion
- 11.1
We may award MAM outside the ordinary earning rules — for example as a gesture of goodwill, as service compensation, in place of a cash refund where you agree, or as part of a promotion.
- 11.2
MAM awarded in this way may be subject to conditions that differ from these terms, including a different expiry period or an exemption from the limits in clause 7. Where we identify it as Refund MAM, clauses 7.8 to 7.11 apply. We will tell you what applies at the time.
- 11.3
An award in one case does not oblige us to make a similar award in another.
12Misuse, investigation and suspension
- 12.1
We may suspend your membership, suspend the ability to earn or spend MAM, withhold or remove MAM, reduce or remove a tier, withhold a reward, or close your membership, where we reasonably believe that you have obtained or used MAM otherwise than in accordance with these terms, held duplicate memberships, misrepresented your identity or circumstances, misused the referral offer, or acted dishonestly or in bad faith towards us, a Participating Business, or another Member.
- 12.2
We may take these steps while we investigate, and we will act reasonably and proportionately in the circumstances of the individual case.
- 12.3
Where we close your membership under this clause, MAM in your account is generally forfeited.
13Ending your membership
- 13.1
You may end your membership at any time by contacting us. Unspent MAM is forfeited when your membership ends and has no cash value.
- 13.2
We may end your membership by giving you reasonable notice, during which you may spend your balance. This does not limit our rights under clause 12.
- 13.3
We may treat a membership as dormant, and close it, where there has been no activity for an extended period. Our current approach is described on the Programme pages.
14Changes to the Programme and these terms
- 14.1
The Programme is offered as a benefit. We may change it, including the earn rates, tier criteria, benefits, spending limits, expiry periods, participating businesses and these terms.
- 14.2
Where a change is materially to your disadvantage, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, by email to your registered address or by notice on the Programme pages or in your account.
- 14.3
We may withdraw the Programme altogether on reasonable notice. You will generally have the opportunity to spend your balance during the notice period, after which unspent MAM is forfeited.
- 14.4
Changes will not normally affect bookings you have already made or MAM already credited, except where we are required to make the change by law or where clauses 9 or 12 apply.
15Our responsibility
- 15.1
MAM is a loyalty benefit. It is not money, electronic money, a payment instrument, a deposit or a financial product, it is not held on trust for you, and it is not covered by any deposit guarantee or compensation scheme.
- 15.2
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses arising from your failure to keep your registered contact details accurate or your email account secure.
- 15.3
Where a booking or service is unsatisfactory, your rights are against the relevant Participating Business under the booking terms that apply. The Programme does not change those rights.
- 15.4
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud.
- 15.5
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
16General
- 16.1
If we do not enforce a right immediately, we may still do so later.
- 16.2
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
- 16.3
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another group company or to a purchaser of the relevant business. Your rights will not be reduced as a result.
- 16.4
These terms do not create rights for anyone other than you and us.
- 16.5
We may communicate with you about your membership by email, in your account, or by other means we make available. Some messages are operational and will be sent whatever your marketing preferences.
- 16.6
How we handle your personal data is explained in the Programme Privacy Notice at loyalty.ski/legal/privacy.
17Governing law and complaints
- 17.1
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- 17.2
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
- 17.3
If you are unhappy with anything about your membership, please contact us first at info@loyalty.ski so that we can try to resolve it.
